“Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. You deserve to be whole.”
This month, we center Black mental health — because too often, we are told to be strong, but not taught how to heal.

🖤 Let us say her name:
Bebe Moore Campbell, award-winning author, mother, and mental health advocate, was a Black woman who refused to let silence kill us.
She co-founded NAMI-Inglewood (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and fought to make mental health accessible and culturally competent for our communities.
Because of her, July was officially recognized in 2008 as National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
