Refund Policy

 Effective Date: August 9, 2023

At At My Sister’s House, we value your trust and strive to ensure you are satisfied with our products and programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be issued.

1. Physical Products (Books, Journals, and Merchandise)

We accept refund or exchange requests for physical products within 10 business days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
     
  • Returned in the original packaging
     
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
     

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us at info@atmysistershouse.org before returning any item to receive return instructions.

2. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content (including eBooks, PDFs, and downloadable materials), all digital product sales are final. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please reach out to us so we can assist you promptly.

3. Workshops, Programs, and Events

Registration fees for workshops, speaking engagements, or educational programs are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by At My Sister’s House.

In certain cases, registration may be transferred to a future session or used as credit toward another program at our discretion.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 business days of receipt with a photo and order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped. After that period, standard return rules apply.
